Minerva Foods posts record Q2 revenue, profit
Beef exporter sees exports reach 60% of salesMinerva Foods, South America’s largest beef exporter, reported record results for the second quarter of 2025, with net revenue reaching R$13.9 billion (US$2.5 billion), up 81.6% from a year earlier, according to a company-issued report.
Net profit was R$458.3 million (US$82.5 million), the company’s best quarterly result. EBITDA totalled R$1.3 billion (US$234 million), with a margin of 9.4%, up 74.9% from the second quarter of 2024.
Gross revenue was R$14.7 billion (US$2.65 billion), with exports accounting for 60% of the total. Over the past 12 months, consolidated revenue was R$47.1 billion (US$8.5 billion), with exports representing 57%.
Minerva said integration of new assets boosted sales volume by 50% and revenue by 104% compared to the previous quarter. The company also completed a R$2 billion (US$360 million) private capital increase in June.
On the sustainability front, Minerva was included for the fifth straight year in Brazil’s Corporate Sustainability Index and Carbon Efficiency Index. It also renewed its “Renewable Energy” seal for all Brazilian operations and reported 100% compliance in audits of its Amazon cattle supply chain.
