Canada to fine those who violate BSE safeguards
CANADA - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) announced yesterday that it will implement new monetary penalties to reinforce its system of safeguards to prevent the spread of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE).
