It is expected that the Company will generate approximately 14.4 million RMB ($2.1 million) in annual sales from the two products, commencing during the current quarter.

"We believe the market for these products is substantial," said Jinjiang Wang, President of China Kangtai Cactus. "Farmers and other owners of cattle are constantly seeking ways to improve the health and productivity of their livestock and fish, and these products have demonstrated the ability to enhance both. We expect there to be significant interest in each product."

The products provide cattle with the nutrition from cactus and have characteristics designed to prevent against sepsis, inflammatory illnesses and to boost immunity. The products, which the Company has been developing since 2003, have been included in the National Spark Program of China in May 2004 and obtained the certification of the Chinese Scientific and Technological Achievements.

Test results from the products have been impressive. For example the test of Cactus Cattle Feed increased the milk production of cows while the test of Cactus Fish Feed demonstrated an increased production from fish. Tests have also demonstrated that Cactus Cattle Feed can enhance the ability of animals to against severe colds and can boost the immune system of animals. The Company obtained patent protection for the two products earlier this year through the issuance of the Certificate of National Invention Patent of China.
