Klein ready to push for border re-opening

EDMONTON - Premier Ralph Klein says he is encouraged to hear there may be progress towards fully re-opening the U.S. border to Canadian cattle. The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced Thursday it is re-starting the process that could lead to a more open border.
On Monday, a month-long comment period begins, which will allow people to argue for or against opening the border.
