Japan Says It Will Maintain Ban on Beef From U.S., Kyodo Says

US - Japan will maintain its ban on beef from the U.S. until the country agrees to test all slaughtered cattle for mad cow disease, rejecting a U.S. trade report that such a measure isn't necessary to protect food safety, Kyodo News Service said.
