Japan Still Wants U.S. Mad Cow Checks After Accord

TOKYO - Japan is sticking to its demand that the United States check all slaughtered cattle for mad cow disease following this weekend's agreement to work to solve the trade dispute, a senior farm ministry official said on Monday.
