    R-CALF demands tougher BSE testing plan

    Citing the need to ensure the source of bovine spongiform encephalopathy is accurately identified and that the highest risk cattle are tested, the Ranchers-Cattlemen Action Legal Fund United Stockgrowers of America is calling for the Department of Agriculture to strengthen its BSE testing plan.
