USDA criticized for BSE policy

US - R-CALF official says Agriculture Department sometimes follows its policy, but other times withholds information important to industry. Gov. Mike Johanns, who was nominated to be the next secretary of agriculture Thursday by President Bush, has also been critical of the USDA's inconclusive BSE testing policy.
