"Transforming Animal Farming" – the leading theme of EuroTier 2022 gets to the point: production and value chains are on the move. The world's leading trade fair for professional animal farming shows where the journey for pig, cattle and poultry producers can lead.

But EuroTier is also a platform for new topics with prospects. This year's fair will feature alternative protein sources, as alternative proteins from algae and insects can significantly improve the protein chain for humans and animals.

EuroTier will also focus on digitalisation, as the organisers recognise that digital technologies offer optimised processes and higher product efficiency along the entire value chain.

On-farm processing and direct farm sales are becoming increasingly attractive for more and more agricultural enterprises, which is why this year's fair will focus on direct farm sales.

EuroTier takes place from 15 to 18 November in Hanover, Germany.
