Now in its second year, Farm Business Innovation is the business event for any rural entrepreneur exploring their options for diversification or opportunities for a new business.

This exhibition and conference delivers a complete farm business exhibition packed with inspiration, ideas and advice to help rural entrepreneurs realise their profit potential. More than 3,000 visitors attended last year’s launch event to take advantage of the exclusive seminar schedule, networking opportunities and 200 exhibitors.

2014 sees Farm Business Innovation return a bigger show with around 4,000 visitors anticipated while seminars have grown from 80 in 2013 to 120 in 2014. Every seminar is delivered by experts, innovators, award-winners and key figures from the organisations who shape Britain’s rural business landscape. Top speakers include the award-winning steward of Escrick Part Estate, Charlie Forbes Adam; Tom Beeley and Louise Speake from the CLA; and BBC The One Show’s resident farmer, Kate Beavan.

With seminar themes covering everything from rare livestock to renewable energy; tourism and glamping; planning permissions explained and the taxation implications of diversification, there will be a massive selection of expert insight, as well as inspirational success stories to apply to your own business.

New also for this year, is Country House Business Innovation, the exciting new exhibition and conference supporting owners and managers of country houses and stately homes that will be co-located with Farm Business Innovation. Both shows also benefit from being co-located with The Business Show, Britain’s biggest business exhibition and conference.

Gary Hall, Event Director of Farm Business Innovation, Prysm Group said: “Ninety per cent of exhibitors rebooked for this year’s show, an astounding figure in our industry. Additionally, eight in 10 enquiries lead to stand sales, which demonstrate that Farm Business Innovation is not just the place to source inspiring ideas from leading figures in the sector but a great platform to do business in.”

“We’re also very pleased to announce the launch of Country House Business Innovation taking place alongside Farm Business Innovation this year. We found there was a need for a specialised event to service the country and estate audience with tailored ideas for diversification, using the same approach for inspiring and informative content we’ve employed for Farm Innovation.”
