Company President and CEO, Thad Simons, will address how the intersection of animal health and nutrition will be a key driver to sustainably meeting future food production demands.
“Future growth in production eficiencies will be achieved through a focus on animal health that delivers improved performance and addresses multiple dimensions of sustainability,” states Mr Simons.
“That includes identifying best management practices through a combination of genetics and nutrition.”
The Congress is the leading platform to develop coalition support for priority solutions to global challenges linked to integrative role of agriculture -- the economy growth, energy cost and availability, climate change, jobs and hunger.
“As a global leader, we are positioning ourselves to provide sustainable solutions to meet the world’s food demands,” says Mr Simons.
“We work with our customers, both large and small; to optimise production eficiencies which means that population pressures on land, water and air quality are reduced.”
