Distributors and staff gathered at the exclusive One° 15 Marina Club situated on the island of Sentosa with the objective of learning, sharing information and networking with each other.

The intensive agenda provided participants with updates on recent developments in product innovation, technical services, and sales and marketing.

In particular, the small group discussions during the meeting allowed to understand more about the support that distributors need from the company in order to grow their business. What also made the meeting different this time was the special arrangement with Dale Carnegie Singapore. The trainer engaged participants on the topic of 'Effective Key Account Development and Management' through games and interactive discussions.

"This is a valuable chance for me to get to know all the distributors. The meeting helps to foster a greater sense of belonging to the extended family," a staff member said.

Bhagya Egodage representing J.K. Tradelink from Sri Lanka commented: "This is a productive meeting. We benefit from the deeper mutual understanding of how we can move forward as business partners and achieve the common objectives set up for the year ahead."

Later that night, the group dined at an intimate restaurant located on the 70th floor of Swissotel, The Stamford, which offers a breathtaking view of the city's landscape. A visit to Singapore would not be complete without getting a chance to see the city. The next morning, participants got to tour Singapore and enjoy the sights and scenery before departing for home.
