Talley's Bids to Buy AFFCO
NEW ZEALAND - New Zealand food processing company Talley's Group has made a bid for a complete take over of the AFFCO meat processing company.

According to a report on Radio New Zealand, the announcement was made to the stock market just after it closed on Tuesday.
Last month, Talley's raised its share in beef and lamb processor Affco to 76 per cent, after buying out the Spencer family's 23 per cent stake, Radio New Zealand said.
