US Cold Storage Stocks Report
US - US beef stocks as at 31 October were 9.5 per cent down on year ago levels to 194,551 tonnes, while butter stocks have as of 31 October were 30 per cent higher than a year ago, according to the latest USDA Cold Storage report.

Beef stocks were virtually unchanged from last month (up 0.6 per cent). Boneless beef stocks totalled 364,967 tonnes, 0.4 per cent larger than the previous month, but seven per cent lower than a year ago.
Butter stocks despite been higher than last year, were 14.5 per cent lower than last month.
