Outbreak in Long An and Kon Tum

20 January 2009

VIET NAM - Bovine foot-and-mouth disease has broken out in the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum and southern Long An Province.

The deadly cattle disease, which had been eradicated nationwide, has recurred, the Animal Health Department under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said Monday.
