GE Co-Leads $400 Million Credit Facility for JBS USA, Inc.

US - GE Capital’s Corporate Lending business today announced it co-led a $400 million asset-based credit facility for JBS USA, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of JBS S.A., the world’s largest beef producer and exporter.

The loan will be used for working capital needs. GE Capital Markets acted as co-lead arranger on the transaction.

Based in Greeley, Colorado, JBS USA, Inc. is the second largest beef processor in the U.S.
