New Beef Coldstore for Minas Gerais
Brazil - The Arantes Grtoup based in São Paulo Brazil is to build a new cold store for beef exports in Unai in the North West of Minas Gerais.

The cold store will have a capacity for 1,000 beef animals a day and the unit is expected to go into production between March and May next year.
The cold store is being built with grants from the Minascarne programme - a business incentive programme organised by the agriculture departmnet of Minas Gerais to modernise and stimulate the industrial production of beef in the region.
