Suspicions of third case denied by ministry

UK - The agriculture ministry has just (Tuesday) denied that a third suspected case of foot and mouth disease had been found in Surrey, stating that there are currently only the two confirmed outbreaks.

Sky News had issued a report saying that a third suspected case had been found, however a spokeswoman for the ministry told Reuters: "Sky has got it wrong, there is no third case suspected at the moment."

"We have reported cases all the time and they are constantly being negated," she added.
