US - The weekend discovery that the U.S. Holstein with mad-cow disease might have come from Canada two years ago shifts attention back to Canada's agricultural practices, but leaves open questions about how the U.S. defends against the disease and how tainted meat entered the U.S. retail-food system, Monday's Wall Street Journal reported.
