Indiana Beef Cattle Association Appoints New Marketing Director

US - The Indiana Beef Cattle Association (IBCA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Joe Moore as the Marketing and Consumer Education Director.

He will coordinate beef and veal promotion programs for the Indiana Beef Cattle.

His professional education includes Cornell University Executive Management, Serve Safe Certification-Indiana University, Supervisory Skills for Management, and Toledo School of Meatcutting. He previously served as the Deli Business Manager at Marsh Supermarkets.

He served with Marsh/O‘Malia‘s Supermarkets for the last 25+ years of his career. In his time with Marsh, he developed and implemented a successful private label processed meat program, transitioned from commodity products to branded products for store identification, developed and implemented marketing programs for service and self-service fresh meats, developed and oversaw the creation of customer and non-customer focus groups, and worked on several advertising programs.
