U.S. BSE source bad for Canada, Serby says

REGINA - Saskatchewan's agriculture minister says that a Canadian infection source for a U.S. cow found to have bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) might actually be better for the Canadian beef industry than a U.S. source in the long run.
