BSE Cow A Confirmed "Downer"
The USDA is discounting reports that said the original mad cow was healthy and tested on accident. That cow was found at the Sunny Dene Dairy in Mabton. Over the weekend a national news report said workers at a Moses Lake slaughterhouse saw the cow before it was slaughtered. They say it was walking and acting normal.Source: KAPPTV
