WINNIPEG - The U.S. government is getting ready to review e-mails on whether to reopen the border to Canadian cattle, but so far most letters have been from Americans opposed to the proposal. Although the United States Department of Agriculture says its final decision will be based on science, it plans to consider all views mailed to its website.Source: CBC
