Hands-on contest with EBLEX

Both live sheep and cattle will be on display at the EBLEX stand which will be offering help and guidance to livestock farmers in the shape of both Sheep and Beef technical experts and BRP materials.
The stand will also host a butchery demonstration which will highlight the differences in wastage from lean and fat beef ribs.
Peter Reynolds, EBLEX Regional Manager for the South West, said: “Both the hands-on contest and the butchery demonstration can be real eye–openers for producers. It is well worth livestock farmers spending some time with us and talking over any problems they may have.”
