UK - More than 45 beef and lamb processors and industry representatives were given an insight into the latest export opportunities for beef and lamb at an EBLEX exporter conference last week.Delegates at the Milton Keynes event were given a round-up of EBLEX's initiatives to promote beef and lamb, a presentation on the revival of the Italian market, and an outlook for market opportunities in Germany. Opportunities for Halal lamb and offal within the Middle East were also discussed following a major market survey undertaken on behalf of EBLEX.
