Cattle Thief Gets Ten Years

US – An Arkansas man has been sentenced to ten years imprisonment for stealing cattle and ranching equipment across Texas and Arkansas.

Levi Boyd, 36, of Camden, Arkansas, was arrested in December 2014 is believed to have stolen 70 cattle.

Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association special ranger, Larry Hand, said: “We are glad a strong sentence was handed down today,” said Mr Hand.

“I am pleased this cattle thief was held accountable for his actions and justice ultimately prevailed.”
