Daily Dairy Trading: Milk Futures Down, Monday

US – Spot trading saw one offer for Cheddar Blocks down 2.75 cents at $1.7700 as the only mover on Monday.

Barrels saw no trading which has left Block values 0.5 cents higher. Both quantities are below last week’s average price of fractionally over $1.78.

Non-fat Dry Milk of Grade A standard saw one trade at Friday’s price of $1.7925.

Futures markets closed with Class III milk down two cents to $18.09 and Class IV down seven cents to $19.15.

Cheese closed on $1.7820, Whey finished on $0.5850.
