Danish Crown Wholly Owns Team Ugglarp

As well as KLS Ugglarps AB slaughterhouses, Danish Crown's ownership will soon extend to Team Ugglarp who operate the second largest cattle slaughter house in Hörby in the Skåne region of Sweden. This accords to conditions in the majority takeover in 2008.
Until now, ownership of this company has been divided between the Danish Crown group, which owns 51 per cent, and its former owner, Tommy Olsson, also Danish Crown CEO, had a 49 per cent stake.
CEO Tommy Olsson has decided to step down in connection with this change of ownership, and the company will now share the same management as the parent company KLS Ugglarps AB with Johan Andersson as CEO.
The Danish Crown group is the second-largest pig and cattle slaughterhouse business in Sweden.
