The advertising of the sale has already generated interest from both buyers and vendors who have already registered for this first sale of its kind.

All stock must be booked in as soon as possible, for arrangement of licences.

The main difference with this sale is that stock may return home if not sold.

Anyone that wishes to sell must have clear testing animals from TB restricted herds (Unrestricted herds may not sell).

All cattle must have been clear tested for TB in the previous 60 days prior to sale date.

Eligible buyers can either be; approved finishing units (AFU’s), approved quarantine units (AQU), slaughter houses or any TB restricted premises that requires two clear 60 day tests. If you are considering buying at the sale then you must also register with the auctioneers no less than 7 days prior to the sale (5th January 2011).
