dandruff

hi all, I have 2 stud belted galloway heifers. I am concerned about what appears to be a servere case of dandruff. both have been treated with Ivermectin twice and i have dusted with pestene thinking I had a lice problem. I have not found any Lice on either of them but treated anyways. Both have good thick wooly coats and there apears to be no hair loss. Both have good healthy appetites and have no apparent weight loss or scouring. It has been a unusally wet summer and have had well above our average rainfall. a lick mineral block is in paddock and is being used. i would describe their overall condition as very good apart from this heavy dandruff and this only seems apparent in the black parts of their coats. their coats are probably a little on the oily side but not anything i would describe as unusual. any help woul be appreciated cheers
