Default Naval lump on my milk cow

I need help concerning a growth on the belly of my milk cow that is currently nursing. It is round about the size of a softball, and it protrudes about 2 to 3 inches out. The center is an open wound. I have been spraying it regular with antibiotics, but it hasn't helped. I thought it was just a wound that would heal a couple of months ago, but lately it's been getting bigger. Any ideas? Thanks
