Hi all,
I'm going to suggest that this looks like 'Blackspot', a lump of proud flesh at the teat end, there is no single specific cause more usually the result of a few such as milking machine damage, chilling of the teats if during bad weather then a secondary infection from the bacterium F necrophorus [also causes Fouls].
Rena is spot-on with her teat-dip advice, follow her routine and you may need to also use antibiotics but give her method a few days first.
Good luck !
Jon
