Royal New Zealand Show 2008

Royal status inspires excellence amongst livestock competitors, in the standard of judges, competition and prize money for the event. It is the most presigious agriculutral event of the year and is firmly established on the rural calendar. It now boasts over 7000 livestock and feature competition entries, 550 trade exhibitors, indoor and outdoor exhibits, feature marquees and pavilions as well as top entertainment and attractions. During the three days of the Show over 3000 horses, 1000 sheep, 900 cattle, 300 alpacas and hundreds of animals from dairy goats to sheep dogs converge on the showgrounds.
